Basically if it over heats the hot is quickly flushed with cold water. My mate doesn't know about the unvented set up yet but i imagine it will be a straight up no don't do it.

After all you are getting two functions in one. The cooker only for an Esse are around £3,000 so expecting the integrated boiler version for under 6,000 is unrealistic.
